We look for established businesses that match our commitment to clean site management, schedule compliance, and adherence to safety standards. In return, we provide highly organized job sites, clear logistical coordination, and professional administrative support from our operations team.
Prequalification Requirements
To be considered for our active bidding roster, your business must meet or exceed the following operational baselines:
Licensing &
Corporate Status
Active, valid corporate registration and specialized trade licensing in the states where you intend to operate.
Insurance &
Bonding
Subcontractors must maintain General Liability and Workers' Compensation insurance meeting industry standards, as well as any additional project-specific insurance requirements. A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) and an explicit waiver of subrogation may be required prior to contract award.
Safety & Compliance Track Record
A documented safety program, a satisfactory Experience Modification Rate (EMR), and zero ongoing or unresolved OSHA major violations.
Financial & Operational Stability
Demonstrated capacity to scale labor, procure materials independently, and meet strict project schedule milestones under commercial payment terms.
