Who we are looking for:
Disciplined, hands-on leaders who can run a tight, efficient job site, solve unpredictable field issues on the fly, and command small, highly productive crews.
The Role:
You will lead key phases of commercial remodeling projects, with some travel based on project needs and location. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, coordinating specialized subcontractors, and managing framing, demolition, drywall, millwork, and doors/hardware installations—all while maintaining PRC’s high standards for safety, quality, and execution.

Who we are looking for:
Detail-oriented, reliable builders who take pride in their craftsmanship and want to work in an environment where structural quality is respected.
The Role:
Working alongside our Crew Leaders, you will execute commercial remodeling and fit-out tasks including framing, drywall, millwork, fixture installation, and door/hardware placement. You'll have the opportunity to continuously sharpen your carpentry skills under active, master-level mentorship in the field.
A Note on Travel: PRC serves commercial clients across multiple states, so some roles may include travel depending on project needs and location. When travel is required, our crews typically travel Monday through Friday and return home for the weekend. PRC supports team members on the road by providing hotel accommodations, covering daily meals, and paying for travel time.
